To support a growing international team, the full-time remote Customer Support Agent in Passport Services (Voice) will manage scheduled calls with English-speaking customers, guiding them through their passport applications while providing concierge-level service. Key responsibilities Call scheduled customers to assist with their passport applications, explaining requirements and next steps Resolve customer inquiries and issues during calls, ensuring a high-quality experience Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM and monitor performance against established KPIs Required qualifications Near-native (C2) spoken English proficiency is mandatory At least 1 year of customer service experience, particularly in phone-based roles Ability to communicate clearly with U.S. customers and understand various accents Experience in a structured, metrics-driven customer support or call center environment is preferred Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work Virtual Vocations Inc
