Branch Manager Trainee

We are looking for a Branch Manager Trainee to join our Rexel USA team in Fort Collins, CO! The Branch Manager Trainee in conjunction with existing Branch Management is responsible for the profitable and safe functioning of the branch. Learns and reviews all aspects of branch operations, interprets corporate goals, prepares, and executes annual budgets, and plans and implements sales and operational initiatives to achieve profitable business growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to safety, personnel, facility, inventory, equipment, and the overall business results.

Qualifications

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of related experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Experience developing and implementing sales strategies
• Sales and operations experience in electrical distribution or similar B2B industry required
• Experience in building and managing teams
• Experience managing P&Ls preferred
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• If required to make deliveries:
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Sales and service oriented, self-motivated, dependable, possess excellent leadership, and customer service skills
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP system such as Solar Eclipse
• Ability to develop and coach a team

For the state of Colorado only, the pay is $56,485.00 to $69,090.88, depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law. Commission/Bonus Plan: Branch Pool Plan
