Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and administrative operations. This role will serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing financial guidance and ensuring the organization's fiscal integrity. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and general ledger activity. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support organizational goals. Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate audits, tax filings, and annual reporting requirements. Develop and maintain internal controls, financial processes, and administrative procedures. Supervise accounting and administrative staff, providing coaching and performance management. Partner with leadership on strategic planning, financial decision-making, and operational improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience. Previous supervisory experience required. Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. Experience with audits, payroll, and regulatory filings. Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
