Description
We're looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator & Customer Service Representative to help ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries efficiently.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal staff.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Track deliveries and resolve scheduling issues.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Assist with delivery , tracking of online orders .
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service, dispatch, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
$25.00-$28.00/hour

Company shuttle service available from the Port Washington LIRR station
