Recruiter

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition supporting the hiring efforts for the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Recruiter
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 3days onsite)
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension/conversion

Pay Range:$40-$46/hr on W2
What's the Job?

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner directly with Hiring Leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and guide talent decisions
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate closely with a team of recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and onboarding partners
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage workflows and candidate pipelines

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate recruiting environment
• Prior experience recruiting within financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or a related industry strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or CRMs such as Oracle Recruitment Cloud (preferred), Taleo, Eightfold, Workday, Bullhorn, or SuccessFactors
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented recruitment function
