Key Responsibilities:

• Support pharmaceutical packaging equipment, including cartoners, labelers, case packers, plunger-rod labeling systems.
• Develop, execute, and document engineering tests to evaluate equipment performance and optimize operating parameters.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of packaging and automated inspection equipment.
• Investigate recurring equipment and process issues and implement engineering improvements.
• Conduct open-ended engineering testing, process optimization, and equipment performance assessments.
• Support production operations, maintenance troubleshooting, and engineering change-control activities.
• Document engineering test results, technical findings, and recommendations in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical packaging equipment and automated visual inspection (AVI) systems.
• Strong equipment troubleshooting, process optimization, and engineering testing experience.
• Experience with cartoners, labelers, case packers, and automated inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP and FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Experience developing, executing, and documenting engineering tests and technical reports.
• Strong problem-solving, technical documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Pay Scale: $45 to $50/Hr on W2
