Blaine Brothers is a Minnesota based family-owned business with an opening for a 1st shift Warehouse Receiver at our St. Paul MN location. A Warehouse Receiver will be responsible receiving packages to our warehouse while providing excellent customer service, receiving parts check-in and staging operations, other responsibilities include; checking in receipts using receiving slips and packing lists, labeling parts accurately, staging back orders and stock, and pull parts for shipping when needed.

SCHEDULE- HOURS:

Monday through Friday

8am-4:30pm (plus overtime, as needed)

POSITION SUMMARY : This position is primarily responsible for daily warehouse receiving part check-in and staging operations. Responsibilities include checking in receipts using receiving slips and packing lists, labeling parts accurately, staging back orders and stock, and pull parts for shipping when needed. In addition, this position will assist with shipping, core processing, cycle counting, organization projects, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

• Verify accuracy of parts received using company receiving lists and vendor packing lists. report damage and discrepancies.
• Accurately label parts
• Stage customer and interbranch backorders and stock in correct lanes.
• Help with pulling parts for customer orders and intercompany orders when needed.
• Help with organization of the warehouse as assigned
• Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory
