Kitchen Manager

Seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operation in a busy full-service restaurant and deli offering dine-in, carryout, beer, and catering. We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on leader who takes pride in running a clean, efficient kitchen and developing a strong team. Our recipes and menu are established, so the focus is on execution, consistency, organization, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Lead daily kitchen operations, prep, and service Ensure consistent food quality, portions, and presentation Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, training, and performance Oversee catering preparation and large orders Manage inventory, ordering, food cost, and waste Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Establish strong prep, opening, and closing procedures Train and develop kitchen team members Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed Partner with the General Manager to keep the operation running smoothly What We’re Looking For Previous Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar leadership experience Full-service restaurant experience required Strong organization and attention to detail Catering or high-volume production experience preferred Strong knowledge of food cost, inventory, and kitchen operations Proven ability to lead and develop a team Extremely clean and organized work style Hands-on leadership approach Strong sense of accountability and ownership Benefits Competitive Salary Performance Bonus Medical, Dental & Vision Paid Time Off 401(k) Lisa Holy #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
