Position Title Working Supervisor (Non-Exempt) Employment Details Employment Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 (commensurate with experience) Probationary Period: Initial 90 days of employment Work Week Starts Counting on Saturday and Ends on Friday – a 7‑Day Work Week. Location: Broward – Boca, Sawgrass, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, West Deerfield Beach, East Deerfield Beach, East Coral Springs, West Coral Springs, Plantation, Davie, Miramar. Position Summary The Working Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day site operations while actively participating in cleaning tasks and ensuring staff performance meets company standards. This non‑exempt position is full‑time and reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager. Duties and Responsibilities Before any job duties are done in any store, you need to make sure you clock in and clock out in every store. Ensure all employees are clocking in and out every day using the eHub (Timekeeping Portal). Maintain staffing by working with the team when a position is missing personnel on any day. Ensure store working hours are monitored throughout the day. Keep all personnel in the store at required hours. Supervise field personnel and provide a supportive environment that motivates team members to perform at a high level of proficiency. Build stronger customer and team relationships while maintaining and increasing standards of customer service. Retain and grow staff through training and development. Effectively train all employees and team leads in full job responsibilities at each site. OSHA safety is of utmost importance. Advertise, recruit, train, schedule, and discipline staff as necessary to maintain staffing needs. Complete, submit, and communicate all staffing, maintenance, and management paperwork for each site. Recruit for open positions by posting, interviewing, and selecting candidates; coach, train, and appraise direct reports. Oversee completion and timely submission of new‑hire paperwork to corporate. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Champion company values, code of conduct, and ethics; ensure personnel follow policies and procedures. Understand, anticipate, and shape client expectations. Store visits are mandatory every day; each supervisor must visit a minimum of three stores daily. Follow up on other stores daily if issues arise until resolved the following day. Visit job sites regularly (daily‑weekly‑weekends) to meet the team and client. Communicate daily opportunities to store management. Verify completion of assigned work; take necessary action to ensure scope of work is met. Monitor project activities and ensure completion within scheduled time and budget. Manage operational performance using Team Software (E‑Hub), overtime, headcount, and metrics. Perform site quality inspections using client (SCOPES) standards. Provide performance documents to management. Communicate time‑sensitive issues (injuries, discrimination, harassment, HR matters). Maintain supplies, chemicals, and equipment at each location. Extensive travel to various job sites; overnight stay when needed. Follow OSHA safety rules and procedures to remain compliant. Lead continuous improvement and cost‑reduction efforts. Manage purchase of supplies and equipment to optimize resources. Attend daily, weekly, and quarterly planning and communication meetings. Communicate with client store facilitator and technician daily. Perform related duties as assigned. Restrictions No audio headphones are allowed during working hours. Must wear a uniform T‑shirt and present a virtual badge ID to enter the location. Must use closed shoes at all times. Supervisory Responsibilities Must be able to lift, push, and pull a maximum of 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, kneel, and reach required areas. Supervise team leads and store custodians/housekeeping personnel. Ensure field personnel have received required training. Monitor and inspect stores to ensure compliance with cleaning procedures. Required Experience Full knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, and mobile applications. Experience with time‑keeping and payroll apps. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the janitorial or cleaning industry. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Reliable transportation. Availability to travel. Planning. Reading skills. Time management. Computer literacy. Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree or related experience. Prior supervisory or management experience preferred. Requirements for the First Day of Work Must have mobile app ready to clock in at start and end of shift. Must be available to work overnights, weekends, and holidays (blackout dates).
