Position Title Mandatory Live in Sarasota – Bradenton Area In Florida – Working Supervisor Employment Details Employment Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 (commensurate with experience) Probationary Period: Initial 90 days of employment Position Summary The Working Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day site operations while actively participating in cleaning tasks and ensuring staff performance meets company standards. This full‑time, non‑exempt position reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager. Locations North Bradenton, Bradenton, Bradenton South, Venice, Sarasota, Port Charlotte, North Sarasota, Sarasota Tamiami, West Coast North Duties and Responsibilities Clock in and out in every store before any job duties are undertaken. Ensure all employees use the eHub (Timekeeping Portal) to clock in/out daily. Address missing personnel on any day and work the store with the team. Ensure all personnel are present at required working hours. Supervise all field personnel, providing a supportive environment and motivating team members to achieve high proficiency. Build stronger customer and team relationships while maintaining and increasing customer‑service standards. Retain and grow staff through training and development. Effectively train all employees and team leads on full job responsibilities. Enforce OSHA safety requirements. Maintain staffing needs: advertising, training, scheduling, and disciplinary measures as needed. Complete, submit, and communicate all necessary forms, reports, or paperwork related to staffing, maintenance, and site management. Recruit for open positions via posting, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Coach, train, and appraise direct reports; retain staff at each store. Oversee the timely submission of new‑hire paperwork to corporate. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Champion and model company values, code of conduct, and ethics; ensure field personnel follow policies. Understand, anticipate, and shape client expectations, maintaining brand status. Conduct a minimum of three mandatory daily store visits; follow up on issues until resolved. Visit job sites regularly (daily, weekly, weekends) to meet with team and client. Regularly communicate with store management regarding daily opportunities. Verify completion of work at each job site and take action to ensure scope and brand fulfillment. Monitor project activities and ensure completion within schedule and budget. Manage operational performance using E‑Hub metrics (overtime, headcount, etc.). Perform site quality inspections per client (SCOPES) standards. Provide performance documentation to management. Communicate time‑sensitive issues, including work injuries, discrimination, harassment, and other HR matters. Maintain necessary supplies, chemicals, and equipment at sites. Travel extensively to job sites during the day and overnight when needed. Follow all OSHA safety rules and procedures. Lead continuous improvement and cost‑reduction efforts. Manage purchasing of supplies and equipment to optimize resources. Attend daily, weekly, and quarterly planning and communication meetings. Communicate with the client store facilitator and technician daily. Perform other related duties as assigned. Restrictions No audio headphones may be worn during working hours. Uniform T‑shirt and virtual badge ID must be worn at all times. Closed shoes must be worn at all times. Supervisory Responsibilities Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Bend, kneel, and extend to reach required areas. Supervise team leads and store custodians/housekeeping personnel. Ensure all field personnel have received required training. Monitor and inspect stores to ensure compliance with cleaning procedures. Required Experience Full knowledge of Microsoft Excel and mobile applications. Experience with mobile time‑keeping applications. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the janitorial or cleaning industry. Authorized to work in the United States. Bilingual Spanish (preferred, not required). Reliable transportation. Availability to travel. Must be available to work overnights and weekends. Skills Mobile savvy – time‑keeping and payroll apps.
