Field Reimbursement Associate Director - Florida

Field Reimbursement Associate Director – Florida (Field-based) How will you contribute: Serve as the patient access subject matter expert for all USOBU therapies within your assigned geography Educate healthcare professionals and practice staff on payer coverage, prior authorization requirements, step edits, appeals processes, and reimbursement pathways across all sites of care Collaborate with USOBU Here2Assist HUB, Strategic Account Management, Sales, and Market Access to optimize patient access and enhance customer experience Identify, triage, and escalate patient access issues to drive timely resolution with relevant internal/external stakeholders Liaise with USOBU Here2Assist HUB to update providers on Rx status, program eligibility, and patient support options Develop strategies to address access needs for targeted customers, ensuring streamlined processes and patient support Support onboarding new accounts by assessing practice workflows, identifying reimbursement challenges, and sharing patient support resources Monitor and communicate evolving payer landscape, coverage changes, and oncology access trends Maintain expertise in oncology reimbursement (Medicare Part B/D, commercial payer processes, state Medicaid policies) Document field activities in CRM systems per compliance and company policies Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field 8+ years biotech/pharma experience, including 4+ years patient access or relevant oncology reimbursement experience 2+ years ‘buy and bill’ Experience with buy and bill reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, copay assistance, and HUB services Launch experience in oncology (oral and injectable) preferred Proven ability to build credibility through cross-functional partnership Strong verbal and written communicator Integrity, Fairness, Honesty, Perseverance Must reside in FL or live close to the assigned area; travel 50–75%; valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr
