Job-ID28645765Reference26-17254We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing project deadlines, coordinate stakeholders, and driving execution across multiple workstreams. This role requires experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools to track project health, performance metrics, risks, and milestones. The candidate should also have experience using AI tools to improve project reporting, workflow efficiency, documentation, and decision support. A successful candidate will bring strong communication, data literacy, change management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively in agile or hybrid project environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple initiatives Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and deliverables Track risks, issues, and action items, and drive timely resolution Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools to provide visibility into project status and performance Use AI tools to streamline reporting, documentation, meeting summaries, status tracking, and workflow efficiency Analyze project data and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement Support project governance, change management, and communication with leadership and key stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered with quality, accountability, and operational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of project management experience managing deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, analysis, and project workflows Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication Strong data literacy, including KPI tracking, dashboard interpretation, and data-driven decision-making Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, privacy, and human oversight in business workflows Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to lead change, adapt to new technologies, and drive process improvement Preferred Qualifications PMP certification preferred Six Sigma certification preferred Experience with workflow automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled business transformation Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms EEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
