What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and compliance
Review and dispense prescriptions while ensuring accuracy and legality
Manage medication inventory, storage, labeling, and expiration control
Counsel patients and provide medication guidance
Maintain patient medication records and pharmacy documentation
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Fraud Waste & Abuse, and all federal/state regulations
Supervise Pharmacy Technicians, including scheduling and performance support
Maintain operational efficiency and quality patient care standards

What They're Looking For:

Current PharmD license required
35 years of retail pharmacy management experience
Strong retail pharmacy operations background
Experience using pharmacy patient management systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage staff, workflow, and compliance responsibilities
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing fine motor tasks
