Must be willing to work OT and on days off, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Able to train on days or swing shift if needed.

Shift Information

• Day shift: 6:55AM-3:25PM

• Swing Shift: 3:25 PM 11:55 PM

• Graveyard Shift: 10:25 PM 6:55 AM

• Schedule: Monday Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Oil and lubricate mill machinery to ensure proper operation

• Assist Millwrights and maintenance team with repairs and upkeep

• Adjust tension on nuts, bolts, and mechanical components

• Position and maintain equipment using hand and power tools

• Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and work areas

• Support general mill maintenance tasks

• Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous mill maintenance or industrial required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Must be able to work weekends and OT
