Strategic Account Representative-Key Accounts

This remote role manages regional relationships with major semiconductor customers, implementing growth strategies and account plans to drive orders and revenue. The successful candidate will coordinate across internal resources, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs while maintaining detailed account profiles. Requires a bachelor's degree and minimum 3+ years of sales or key account management experience, ideally in semiconductors.
Responsibilities
- Execute account strategies and plans to achieve order, revenue, and margin targets
- Communicate and implement negotiated commercial terms with assigned accounts
- Monitor competitive activity and report findings to Global Account Manager
- Maintain customer profiles including SWOT analysis, sites, contacts, and sales potential
- Partner across Pall divisions to identify unmet customer needs and drive new product development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or Science
- 3+ years sales or key account management experience
- Semiconductor industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills with structured thinking
- Expertise building customer relationships and leveraging insights for solutions
- Flexibility adapting to changing business requirements and priorities
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 base; $157,000–$185,000 total target with Sales Incentive Plan
