- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and project timelines.
- Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and project specifications as required.
- Troubleshoot and report any operational issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, service logs, and project progress.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down temporary structures and equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Skid Steer Operator or similar heavy equipment operator role.
- Valid operator certification or license required.
- Strong understanding of equipment mechanics and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks over extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in various construction projects, including residential, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Ability to operate additional heavy machinery is a plus.
