Techno Functional Lead
Location: Schaumburg IL Duration: 6+ Months HYBRID ROLE.
Onsite for Workshops, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live OSMC
Techno Functional Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional designs for subscription models (recurring, usage-based)
Configure Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, including product catalogs, pricing rules, billing schedules, proration, and discount logic
Manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle: creation, amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
Ensure seamless integration with Order Management (OM), Receivables (AR), Revenue Management (RMCS), and external systems for a unified solution
Drive SIT/UAT, troubleshoot issues, provide post-go-live support, and conduct user training
Hands-on experience in the conversion of contracts to OSMC
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising on subscription best practices, SaaS billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15)
