- In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including: Product Catalogs and Services, Pricing and Rating Models, Billing and Invoicing, Renewals and Cancellations, and Revenue Recognition
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Experience with related Oracle modules (OM, AR, RMCS, Install Base)
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience with related Oracle modules (OM, AR, RMCS, Install Base).
- Ability to create functional design documents (FDDs) and test cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
- In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including:
- Product Catalogs and Services
- Pricing and Rating Models
- Billing and Invoicing
- Renewals and Cancellations
- Revenue Recognition
- Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional designs for subscription models (recurring, usage-based)
- Configure Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, including product catalogs, pricing rules, billing schedules, proration, and discount logic
- Manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle: creation, amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
- Ensure seamless integration with Order Management (OM), Receivables (AR), Revenue Management (RMCS), and external systems for a unified solution
- Drive SIT/UAT, troubleshoot issues, provide post-go-live support, and conduct user training
- Hands-on experience in the conversion of contracts to OSMC
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising on subscription best practices, SaaS billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15)
