Paralegal (Investment Management) (New York)

Top-Tier Investment Management Firm in Downtown, Manhattan is seeking a Paralegal for a permanent position!

Responsibilities:

Review and draft routine legal/compliance documents
Assist with preparing and filing various regulatory filings
Assist with the process of opening sub-custody accounts
Manage complex calendars for the General Counsel
Assist with the launch of new mutual funds and private funds.
Prepare materials for mettings and presentations
Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
Conduct legal research

Qualifications:

Experience working in well-established law firms. Large law firms are a plus.
Bachelor's degree is required
3+ years working as a Paralegal within Investment Management
Ability to manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines while maintaining strict attention to detail.
