About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead BigPanda's recruiting efforts while managing a small, globally distributed recruiting team. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will personally drive searches while building strong recruiting processes, coaching recruiters, and partnering closely with business leaders. The ideal background for this role is a mix of startup to mid-size B2B technical SaaS talent acquisition experience. What you will do:

1. Own and execute end-to-end recruiting for roles across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and actively source to be successful in this role.
2. Partner closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, forecast demand, and advise on talent market dynamics.
3. Manage, coach, and develop a small global recruiting team, ensuring consistent quality, speed, and candidate experience.
4. Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices across regions.
5. Continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.

What Skills and Experience You'll Bring to BigPanda

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including strong ownership of enterprise GTM roles, within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Small team management and leadership experience is required.
• Comfort operating as a player-coach in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and candidate advocacy skills.

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $151,000 - $180,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
