Enterprise Project Manager

SIMStation is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Enterprise Systems to lead complex, enterprise-level projects from initiation through delivery. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget . What You’ll Do Manage multiple mid-to-large scale enterprise system projects with varying complexity Define, document, and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, meeting notes, status reports, presentations, training materials) Establish critical path milestones and actively track progress, risks, and costs Ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets Monitor team KPIs and partner with leadership on PMO development and forecasting Lead cross-functional project teams, including technical, operational, and client stakeholders Apply industry best practices and standards throughout the full project lifecycle Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution What You Bring 10+ years of project management experience in audio/video, IT, and construction environments Proven ability to manage networked AV systems and construction-based projects (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with international or distributed teams (a plus) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and resources High level of organization with strong documentation and process discipline Ability to learn and effectively use CRM and project management tools Familiarity with HR and administrative practices related to project teams Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Experience reading and working with technical and construction drawings ✨ Work remotely with a collaborative, high-performing team ✨ Be part of a growing organization focused on innovation and operational excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
