Position Details Job Title: Finance Manager F&I SalesLocation: Gainesville, TX - In personJob Type: Full time What You Will Do * Drive profitability by presenting and selling finance and protection products * Execute and uphold a consistent and structured sales process * Present all products to every customer using a menu system * Stay current on manufacturer incentives and promotions * Ensure accuracy and compliance in all finance documentation * Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process * Track deal funding and maintain organized reporting * Collaborate with sales and department managers to improve operations * Manage finance expenses and minimize chargebacks * Contribute ideas for marketing and promotional initiatives * Handle all financing, titling, and documentation related to unit sales What We Are Looking For * Strong attention to detail and organization * Excellent communication and listening skills * Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions * Self motivated with a team first mindset * Comfortable working with numbers and financial structures * Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment * Strong closing skills and confidence in one on one interactions * Prior dealership F&I experience is a plus but not required * Understanding of performance based compensation is highly recommended Compensation and Growth Opportunities * Performance based income potential of 50,000 to 100,000 plus annually * Manufacturer bonus programs and internal incentives * Ongoing training and certification bonuses * Clear path for long term career growth Benefits That Support You and Your Family We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and overall well being: * Medical coverage through United Healthcare with multiple plan options * Health Savings Account option with pre-tax savings for medical expenses * Company paid life insurance plan
