Job Overview Estimated Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000 Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. Help clients define goals, gain insights, and provide personalized committed care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination. Provide crisis intervention when needed. Partner with providers to coordinate the full spectrum of psychiatric and therapeutic care. Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system. Use measurement‑based care approach to track outcomes. Qualifications Active license in Texas (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Passion for high‑quality care. Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Proficiency using an EMR system. Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Desire to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions. Over one year of professional psychotherapy experience preferred. Ability to work full‑time hours and design schedule in advance, with a hybrid work schedule (three days onsite, two days telehealth). Benefits Competitive compensation with no earnings cap.
