Sr. Accounting Program Manager, Global Entity Expansion and Restructure

The Global Entity Expansion and Restructure team is the centralized accounting function responsible for the program management for legal entity formation, restructure and closure. The team sets processes and standards in support of the diligence, document preparation and leadership approval of these corporate projects. In this capacity, our program managers work across stakeholder global stakeholders, including various Businesses, Tax, Legal, FinOps, Treasury, HR and Accounting ensuring controllership, consistency and visibility of critical corporate projects. Acting as a program manager, you will serve as an advisor and guide to the business teams and own the transaction approval work-stream for director review.This position will be responsible for supporting global entity formation, restructure projects across a wide range of business teams. Working with cross-department business leaders and functional accounting teams to ensure a seamless process through proposal, approval and financial system set-up. Candidates will work in a fast-paced environment, manage through ambiguity and complexity while supporting multiple, simultaneous project launches impacting the global organization. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
