Key Responsibilities General Facility & Mechanical Maintenance Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, refrigeration, and general building systems. Respond promptly to facility work orders, prioritizing tasks based on operational impact to prevent downtime. Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure and document findings using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Support facility upgrades, capital expansion projects, and scheduled facility shutdowns. cGMP & Cleanroom Support Maintain cleanroom infrastructure, including HVAC air handling units (AHUs), HEPA filtration systems, pressure differential monitoring, and environmental controls. Perform maintenance in ISO-classified cleanrooms (ISO 5–8) following strict gowning protocols, aseptic techniques, and contamination control procedures. Execute all tasks in compliance with cGMP regulations (21 CFR Parts 210/211) and site SOPs. Assist with Environmental Monitoring (EM) programs, alarm investigations (temperature/humidity/pressure excursions), and root-cause analyses.
