Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading larger relationships and a team of SEO managers for a client or group of brands to ensure best in class strategy and execution, as well as team growth
• Leads strategic approach of SEO campaigns and helps to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration by working with team members to craft comprehensive plans and reports
• Monitors competitive landscape and understands, communicates, campaign impact
• Leads executive level reporting efforts and initiatives with a strong storytelling ability
• Supervises and leads delegation of workload to Associates and/or Managers
• Consistently leads internal and external discussions and builds relationships, leads, and communicates across internal and external partners

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years direct work-related experience in search engine optimization role
• Able to plan, organize and manage tasks within multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• In depth understanding of digital marketing and search with a deep knowledge of SEO and search industry trends/current standards
• Extensive knowledge of the role, strengths, and weaknesses of a variety of media channels
• Familiar with copy optimization (Title Tags & META Description, H1, editing body copy), keyword research, and modern on-site optimization principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to draw conclusions, determine strategies and take appropriate action

Compensation Range: $97,375 - $133,300. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
