We're scaling from $7M to $20M MRR and building a lean, high-output marketing function. You'll be one of two marketing hires working directly with the founder. The Role This is an execution role. The Head of Demand Generation sets the strategy. You make it happen. If you're the type of person who needs to be told exactly what to do every day, this isn't for you. If you're the type who looks at a campaign plan and immediately starts figuring out how to execute it — welcome home. What You'll Execute Day-to-Day Email campaigns and sequences— build, schedule, and monitor in Go High Level Content calendar— own the publishing calendar across LinkedIn, email, and the website Landing pages and lead magnets— build and test, track conversion rates Social media— LinkedIn-first, consistent posting tied to ICP targeting Campaign performance tracking— weekly KPI dashboard updated without being asked Event coordination— trade shows, conferences, webinars — logistics, materials, follow-up sequences Customer case studies— identify candidates, coordinate interviews, produce written and video assets Website updates— content updates, landing page creation, basic SEO hygiene Graphic design— Canva or equivalent, for social, ads, one-pagers, and email assets The Non-Negotiables You've executed B2B marketing campaigns — not just assisted,executed— with metrics to show for it Go High Level, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM — you've built automations and sequences, not just sent blasts Copywriting is a genuine strength — you can write a cold email subject line and a LinkedIn post that actually gets engagement You're organized without being told to be — you manage your own deadlines You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and you adapt without losing output quality Basic graphic design — you don't need to be a designer, but you can produce clean, on-brand materials What Success Looks Like 30 days:All active campaigns documented, CRM cleaned up, content calendar live 90 days:Consistent content publishing cadence, email sequences running, weekly KPI report delivered to CEO every Monday 6 months:Measurable improvement in email open/click rates, social engagement trending up, at least 3 customer case studies published What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus Remote-first, full-time Direct mentorship from a metrics-driven founder and a senior demand gen lead Real ownership — your work is visible and measured, not buried in a large team Clear path to growth as the marketing function scales Who Should NOT Apply Social media managers who haven't worked in a B2B environment You need creative direction for every piece of content You can't show specific metrics from campaigns you've run #J-18808-Ljbffr Lean Marketing
