Maintenance Supervisor

Why Join Magnolia: Supportive leadership team Stable, well-run facility Opportunity to lead and build your own department Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position with consistent schedule Responsibilities: Oversee all building maintenance operations including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs Ensure facility remains in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards (Life Safety, OSHA, etc.) Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Manage work orders and prioritize tasks efficiently Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed Maintain maintenance logs, records, and documentation Ensure grounds and facility are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs Qualifications: Previous maintenance experience required; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently Strong organizational and time management skills Must be reliable and able to respond to urgent facility needs What We’re Looking For: A hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-kept facility.
