Colorado Licensed Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Seeking a Colorado Licensed Commercial Litigation Paralegal, the full-time remote position will manage case workflows, deadlines, and filings while supporting a boutique aviation law firm's growing litigation practice. Key responsibilities Proactively manage multiple active litigation matters from intake to resolution, including tracking state and federal court deadlines Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, and assist with trial preparation and appellate-related tasks Oversee the discovery process, including document production, review, and filing in state and federal courts Required qualifications At least 15 years of paralegal experience, with significant background in commercial or business litigation Experience using e-discovery platforms such as Everlaw for document review and case analysis Strong understanding of litigation workflows, discovery processes, and court procedures Ability to manage multiple cases independently while maintaining attention to detail under deadlines Experience preparing damages summaries or financial analyses is highly preferred
