About the Role:
Simple Bloom in Redmond, WA is looking for a hardworking and passionate Farm Helper to join our growing team! This is a hands-on opportunity to work outdoors, connect with the land, and be part of something truly rewarding. If you love getting your hands dirty and take pride in honest, meaningful work, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily farm operations including weeding, watering, and harvesting crops
- Monitor plant health and report any signs of disease, pests, or irrigation issues
- Support soil preparation, composting, and fertilization tasks
- Keep farm areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for sale or distribution
- Follow all farm safety protocols and sustainable agriculture practices
Requirements:
- Prior experience in farming, agriculture, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Basic knowledge of plant care or horticulture is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
