Admissions Registered Nurse

Gentiva Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Hospice Admissions Nurse in Columbus, OH. You will visit patients and families at home, assess eligibility for hospice care, and guide them through the admissions process with clinical confidence and compassion.
You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, document findings, and ensure smooth transitions to care while upholding regulatory standards and delivering empathetic support to families facing end-of-life decisions.
