Trauma Sales Associate - Midland/Odessa

Job Overview Field-based Stryker position – Trauma Sales Associate. You will deliver Stryker trauma solutions and support surgical teams, achieving industry‑leading results across all market segments. Responsibilities Get exposure to Stryker’s proven trauma culture and deliver results in all market segments. Receive best‑in‑class formal trauma training on product portfolio and selling skills, including on‑the‑job training in the operating room. Become an expert on surgical procedures by observing more than 300 cases during your first year. Develop well‑rounded field exposure, covering selling, servicing, and all aspects of the sales process when territory opportunities arise. Build high competency in orthopaedic surgical needs and procedures, becoming a valuable member of the surgical team and positively impacting surgical outcomes. Build a strong brand in account management and client service – key drivers in our business. Work in a highly competitive and challenging environment, consistently putting your best talents to work daily. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 1+ year of sales experience preferred. Strong multitasking ability. Ability to read and sell to any audience. Drive to achieve and succeed. Aptitude to learn medical and technical information quickly. Ability to build strong, lasting relationships. Strong work ethic and competitive nature. Compensation and Benefits $65,000.00–$75,000.00 base salary, eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses, plus benefits. Travel 30% travel required. Work Flexibility Field‑based – majority of time at customer facilities within a set territory. Remote – majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace when role permits. Hybrid – mix of alternate workplace and Stryker facility. Onsite – 100% located at a Stryker facility (manufacturing or office roles).
