Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Recent relevant home health experience required
• EPIC experience required
• OASIS required
• Start of care and revisits experience required

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Schedule: 5x8.5
• Coverage territory includes North Princeton, NJ
