Corporate Inventory Control Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring a streamlined inventory management process across all of our locations. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining an efficient and well-organized inventory system. Responsibilities Oversee the receiving, storage, and retrieval of inventory items Maintain accurate records of stock levels and track inventory movements Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand and replenish stock accordingly Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations Coordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve any issues related to shipments Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, and other key metrics Work closely with the purchasing team to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs Implement best practices for inventory management and contribute to process improvement Requirements And Skills Proven experience in inventory coordination or a similar role Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software required Effective communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Uncle Bill's Pet Centers
