Brand Partnerships & Communications Manager Full Time Littleton, CO (Hybrid) We are a leading U.S. distributor of premium flashlights, headlamps, and other personal lighting products, selling directly to consumers through our eCommerce store and through retailers nationwide. Based in Littleton, Colorado, we're a growing company with a collaborative team focused on building one of the strongest brands in the industry. We are looking for an experienced, growth-minded Brand Partnerships & Communications Manager to lead our earned media, influencer, advertorial, and online community strategies. In this role, you will be the driving force behind how our brand is perceived, discovered, and talked about across external media, creator networks, and digital communities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing brand storytelling with strategic relationship building. You'll be responsible for managing existing relationships while continuously looking for opportunities to form new partnerships, secure high-impact press coverage, and strengthen our brand. Key Responsibilities PR, Editorials, & Advertorials Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness and drive growth Build and maintain direct relationships with journalists, editors, and product reviewers Execute PR strategies to secure consistent earned media coverage in relevant top-tier publications Write press releases, pitch angles, and brand talking points that elevate our market presence and boost organic SEO/LLM search authority Collaborate with marketing leadership to help evaluate and execute direct advertising buys Track and manage the details of these partnerships including product samples sent, timelines for deliverables, asset creation, and whatever else as needed Influencer & Brand Collaborations Manage relationships with affiliates, influencers, sponsors, and other strategic partners Research and pitch new collaborations to strategically reach our targeted customer niches Take projects from start to finish with creators, affiliates, sponsorships, and complementary brands for co-marketing campaigns Community & Social Media Management Oversee social media content strategy and manage engagement and monitoring of channels daily (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Explore new avenues for community engagement and drive online awareness and growth Implement brand voice and messaging guidelines across all organic social channels in coordination with the Creative Director Qualifications & Experience 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, or communications (preferably in consumer product, outdoor gear, or trade supply sectors) Proven track record of building and scaling influencer/affiliate programs Established network of media, editorial, and creator contacts with a portfolio of secured press placements Exceptional written communication skills with high attention to brand voice and narrative quality Comfort with tracking and evaluating data such as Earned Media Value (EMV), affiliate revenue, reach, and organic web traffic metrics Ability to commute to Littleton, Colorado, 2-3 days a week for a hybrid office model Why Join Us?
