You’ll work across each of our three main brands, The Curiosity Box, MEL Science, and Inq Factory. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone who’s full of amazing ideas,who’s created engaging social media content / videos either professionally or personally (we are not looking for a high level of experience) and is willing and eager to learn more about the content marketing creation process. Who we’re looking for: You're full of ideas, comfortable filming and creating video content (professionally or just for fun), and excited to get stuck into the world of content marketing. You don't need years of experience, just a good eye, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in what makes content perform. You should be able to share content that you’ve already created,either via your own socials or content you’ve created professionally, that truly demonstrates your creative ability.. We’re not looking for an editor, you’ll definitely be a creator. You’ll also be: Passionate about social media and content marketing Organized, creative, and proactive Experienced in social media content creation (personal or professional) Skilled in creating engaging product videos A keen observer of trends formats, and what’s working (and what isn’t) Someone who takes ownership of deadlines and daily tasks We’d love you to have some passion about what we do too, of course! What you’ll do Film and produce eye-catching videos for web, social media, and performance marketing across our MEL, CB, and IF brands Keep our social channels active, hitting weekly publishing targets on every platform Monitor and respond to social media comments Monday–Friday, answering queries within one business day Research emerging content trends, formats, and competitor strategies to keep our content ahead of the curve Track and analyze video and campaign performance to find new ways to grow reach and engagement Work closely with our paid marketing team to produce video assets for campaigns About You: Some experience creating social or video content, whether through a previous role, your own projects, or a personal channel A natural feel for what makes content engaging and shareable Comfortable working to weekly targets and deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Genuinely curious about trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond Perks and Benefits: Flexible working hours Professional growth opportunities Fun, creative, and collaborative team environment The chance to shape content across three exciting brands If you love creating engaging videos and want to grow a career in marketing, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
