Senior Civil Engineer

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from contract award through project closeout
• Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans
• Coordinate schedules, scope, and deliverables with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance
• Process and manage change orders, contracts, and project documentation
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Lead and participate in jobsite and project coordination meetings
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining effective communication and organization

• Experience in commercial construction project management
• Architectural millwork experience preferred
• Strong project planning and execution skills
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
• Change order management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred but not required
• Ability and willingness to travel as required
