Essential Duties & Responsibilities Managing all aspects of site operations, including staffing, training, and performance management Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals Ensuring outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns professionally Monitoring equipment, inventory, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Enforcing safety and operational procedures to maintain a secure and efficient workplace Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies for continuous improvement Assisting in marketing efforts to drive Unlimited Wash Club membership sales and increase customer retention Conducting regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with company standards Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budget management Collaborating with upper management to implement company policies and achieve business objectives Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED or a college degree is preferred 1-3 years of experience in management, retail, or customer service leadership is preferred Proficiency in MS-Office applications Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and performance tracking Ability to follow and enforce safety regulations and operational procedures Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Work Environment & Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, and actively manage operations throughout the shift Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Jax Kar Wash in
