This role is responsible for driving dealership sales performance, coaching and developing sales consultants, managing daily showroom operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with automotive sales management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
