CT Technologist – Centerpoint Medical Center Are you passionate about the patient experience? Join our team as a CT Technologist and help deliver high‑quality CT images for diagnosis and treatment. Job Summary The CT Technologist performs routine and specialized imaging procedures in accordance with established professional and departmental standards. Responsibilities Assist and position patients on the CT table compassionately. Start IVs for contrast injection when required. Assess image quality and make necessary adjustments. Release patients with proper post‑procedure instructions. Turn over and prepare the room using aseptic technique, cleaning and sterilizing equipment between patients. Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited AMA program with a certificate or degree in Radiology Technology. Registered Computerized Tomography Technician (CT) within one year of employment start date. Registered Radiographer (ARRT) within one year of employment start date. BCLS certification required within 30 days of start date. Two years of experience preferred with additional training in CT scanning. On‑call required; ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes of call back.
