Credentialing: 60 days

Schedule: 5, 24-hour shifts per month

Call: 24/7 call coverage
Details: Critical Access Hospital

Trauma Level: Undesignated
ICU Beds: 4
Acute/Swing/ SNF: 22/3/0

Average Daily Encounters: 18
Average Daily Census: 14.25
Average Weekly Admissions: 30
Average Weekly Discharges: 30

Average LOS Inpatient: 4

Average LOS Swing Bed: 20 days
Emergency Department Volume: high
Subspecialty Support: eICU intensivist
EMR: Cerner
Acuity: high
Most common diagnosis: PNA, sepsis, COPD exacerbation, pyelonephritis

Procedures: intubation adult/peds/neonatal, central line placement, neonatal circumcision
Ancillary Support: X-ray, Lab, CT, Anesthesia, STAT Lactate, STAT Cardiac Enzymes, STAT Procalcitonin

Therapy: Physical & Speech
