BACKGROUND :
We have ongoing need for skilled Agile professionals to assist with agile maturity in the Division of Information Technology (IT). Agile maturity and related services will be required for the Board's Business and Technology Modernization (BTM) Program.
Responsibility
The Senior Agile Coach is responsible for assessing team maturity, creating tailored coaching plans, and guiding teams to improve their Agile practices and capabilities regardless of their starting point. This role works directly with teams to build foundational Agile skills, accelerate mature teams' performance and navigate resistance to change. The Senior Agile Coach collaborates closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Program Managers to ensure teams deliver value effectively while adhering to the organization's Agile playbook and standards. The Senior Agile Coach will follow the guidance and direction of the Agile Program Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Technical Services BOA, Section 3.2.1.2 for labor category Senior/Executive Agile Coach.
Candidate must have Overall 10+ years of exp. but at least 7+ years of hands-on experience coaching Agile teams across various maturity levels in complex organizations.
