ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sergio Bio - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As a State Farm Agent with 30 plus years' experience, I am looking to mentor and train you for a long-lasting career here in our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
