Youth Counselor
The Youth Counselor is responsible for creating fun, safe, and memorable experiences for children participating in Youth Lodge programs throughout the year.
During the school year, counselors lead after-school activities, Friday Night Free Play, weekend events, holiday programming, and special family events.
During the summer, counselors transition into Summer Camp, leading campers through themed activities, sports, swimming, crafts, field trips, and more.
This position is perfect for someone with an outgoing personality, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for working with children. Successful counselors jump in, engage with children, take initiative, and help create an exciting environment every day!
