Seeking an experienced Board-Certified OB/GYN for 24-hour in-house hospital coverage on the labor and delivery floor. This is a hospital-based locum opportunity offering consistent monthly shifts and comprehensive support services.

Practice Highlights

• 24-hour in-house coverage required

• Labor & Delivery floor coverage (Inpatient)

• 68 shifts per month

• Hospital-based role no clinic

• EMR: Cerner

• Lab & Pharmacy onsite

• All OB triages handled by physician on call

Scope of Practice

• Vaginal deliveries

• C-sections

• Circumcisions

• Emergency gynecologic cases

• Inpatient consultations

• Management of obstetric patients on L&D

Schedule & Coverage

• Shift Length: 24-hour in-house shifts

• Procedure / OR Days: As needed

• Average Volume: 1015 OB triages per day plus deliveries

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in OB/GYN REQUIRED

• Active Illinois license or Active IMLC LOQ REQUIRED

• Experienced provider REQUIRED

• Self-Query NPDB (pulled within 30 days) REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice/background Preferred (case-by-case review)
