Brazer - Copper & Metal Manufacturing

Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Braze copper and metal assemblies using torches and related equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Prepare, fit, align, and assemble components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform pressure testing, evacuations, and leak detection to verify product integrity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues related to brazing, assembly, and production processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet customer and manufacturing goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on copper brazing experience.
• Proven ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality brazed joints.
• Experience performing pressure testing and leak detection.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical production work as needed.

• Experience with welding, soldering, or metal fabrication.
• HVAC, refrigeration, heat exchanger, or mechanical assembly experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, torches, furnaces, and related production tools.
• Experience working in a quality-driven production environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tolleson, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Tolleson,AZ.
