Fleet Solutions Sales Specialist

Gem City Tire is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, ambitious Fleet Solutions Specialist to help support and expand our commercial fleet business in the Columbus area. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on helping fleet customers improve uptime, reduce costs, and keep their trucks on the road through commercial truck tires and related services. What You’ll Do: Build and manage relationships with commercial fleet customers Sell commercial truck tires and fleet service programs Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business Work directly with fleet managers to deliver tailored solutions Support long-term customer success and retention What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of sales experience preferred Transportation, fleet, or service industry experience is a plus Proven track record in sales Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Self-starter who is motivated, organized, and process-driven Valid driver’s license required High school diploma required; additional education is a plus Why Gem City Tire?
