What We Offer Competitive Hourly Pay: Up to $60 per hour based on years of experience Performance Bonus: Up to $10 per billable hour Sign On Bonus: $8,000 for A Tech Benefits Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k) with Company Match Employee Discounts on Parts & Services Referral Bonuses for Qualified Candidates Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement Compensation Breakdown A Level: 7-10+ years of experience — Up to $60 an hour B Level: 2-7 years of experience — Up to $45 an hour Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience — Up to $32 an hour Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools Walk/stand for the majority of the workday Drive manual transmission vehicles Keep a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment Efficiently navigate a computer Apply Today If you’re interested in joining a supportive team that values your skills and dedication, we’d love to hear from you.
