Mountain View, California, United States. Job Summary Immediate openings for A Level Master Technicians and B Level Technicians with weekend availability. Who We’re Looking For Experienced technicians who excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and are passionate about delivering high-quality, transparent auto care. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools Walk/stand for the majority of the workday Drive manual transmission vehicles Keep a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment Efficiently navigate a computer Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay up to $70 per hour: A Level (7‑10+ years experience), B Level (2‑7 years), Tire Tech/C Level (6 months‑2 years) Performance bonus up to $10 per billable hour Sign‑on bonus: A Level $8,000 Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, vision Paid time off (including holidays) 401(k) with company match Employee discounts on parts & services Referral bonuses for qualified candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr Stress-Free-Auto-Care
