This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.Key ResponsibilitiesPost job openings on job boards and other platformsReview resumes and applicationsConduct phone and/or virtual interviewsCommunicate with candidates throughout the hiring processPrepare and extend job offersMaintain accurate candidate and hiring recordsQualificationsCollege DegreeStrong communication and organizational skillsOne years experience in a recruiter, generalist or comparable roleAbility to manage multiple openings at onceHigh School Diploma/GEDBasic computer skills and familiarity with email and job platforms
